1 U.S. Border Patrol Concerns and Issues The time to act is NOW!
Create new border patrol policies. The times to be Global humanitarian has passed. Diplomatic approaches to border issues seem to have lost their effectiveness. Activists in favor of assisting illegal aliens cannot act rationally. They must be dealt with for their criminal conduct.

2 Security Enforcement Automatically Fingerprint and Photograph every individual crossing border entry points. Using Drone surveillance, photograph and identify every individual crossing illegally into the country. Profiling, retina scanning, fingerprint analysis need to be implemented and enforced for all crossings. Border interdiction and breaches must be met and dealt with by tactical border patrol forces. Border crossings have become war zones. A delineation is needed much like a DMZ. To stop illegal crossings, similar to animal control, Drones should be used to immobilize aggressors when ignoring final warnings. Immobilize aggressors by using direct energy weapons fired from patrolling Drones. Collect immobilized subjects with dispatched helicopters.

3 Insurgency and Interdiction
The problem with illegal aliens will not disappear by itself. It will escalate and increase in intensity with forced rejection. It will only get worse over time requiring appropriate measures. Elevated aggression will have to be met with more effective defense. Creating a DMZ will become necessary to manage increased insurgency. Open border clashes will follow into eventual standoffs or perhaps even war. History has proven many times over the path of escalation from neighboring tensions. People refuse to listen to reasoning with the absence in respect and discipline.

5 Tactical Defensive Measures Directed Energy Weapons
Long Range Acoustic Devise (LRAD) Direct Energy Weapon (Microwave) Pulsed Energy Projectile (PEP) Laser Weapon System (LAWS) Drug Induced Tranquilizer

6 LRAD Sound Weapon LRAD Sound
The Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), also known as sonic weapons is an acoustic hailing device to send messages and warning tones over longer distances or at higher volume than normal loudspeakers. LRAD systems are used for long range communications in a variety of applications including as a means of non-lethal, non-kinetic crowd control.

7 Weaponry

8 Weaponry Microwave Weapon
Active Denial System is a millimeter wave source that heats the water in a human target's skin and thus causes incapacitating pain. Though intended to cause severe pain while leaving no lasting damage, the system could cause irreversible damage to the eyes.

10 Weaponry Pulsed Energy Projectile
Pulsed Energy Projectile or PEP systems emit an infrared laser pulse which creates rapidly expanding plasma at the target. The resulting sound, electromagnetic and shock waves stun the target and cause pain and temporary paralysis. The weapon is under development and is intended as a non-lethal weapon in crowd control though it can also be used as a lethal weapon.

12 Weaponry Laser Weapons System
LAWS uses an infrared beam from a solid-state laser array which can be tuned to high output to destroy the target or low output to warn or cripple the sensors of a target. The LAWS is designed to be used against low-end asymmetric threats. Scalable power levels allow it to be used on low-power to dazzle a person's eye to non-lethally make them turn away from a threatening posture.
