Note that the thyroid uptake of tracer is present in the ventilation phase, consistent with thyroid uptake of Technegas. The cardiac silhouette (A and B, curved arrow) is enlarged, secondary to thyroid cardiomyopathy. Physiological stomach tracer activity (vertical arrows) is seen, due to swallowed tracer.
