To complete our Potential Supplier Application process, you will need:
DUNS Number and Tax ID Number Link to DUNS website
Minority (NMSDC) or Women Owned (WBENC) Business certifications. Recently expanded definition of minority supplier to include LGBT, Disabled and Veteran
Geographic location of all facilities that could provide products/services to Toyota
Specific safety, quality and delivery data for products/services you provide
Completed Company Profile (guidelines and example can be found here)

7. What To Expect Next
After your company registers, the application will be reviewed by the appropriate Sourcing Manager. Within 60 days, you will either receive feedback as to why Toyota will not be moving forward in the consideration process, or you will receive contact information to set up a face-to-face meeting.
