Fig 2 (A) At rest, the patient presents with no scapular winging on the right side following a thoracodorsal to long thoracic nerve transfer, but on the left side he has new weakness with scapular winging. (B) The patient was able to do full shoulder flexion and presents no scapular winging when returning from the overhead position.
