3. Transcript Evaluation
Please verify your child’s personal information on their transcript (Spelling of all names, address, SSN)
Weighted GPA- GPA with additional points from AP/Honors
Unweighted GPA- GPA without addition points from AP/Honors courses
Class Rank- Determined by Weighted GPA
Attendance Summary (End of Year) Current Year)
Course Grade- Final grade in course-69 or below- the course mush
Units/Credits Earned- Number of credits the student earned toward graduation

4. TRANSCRIPT AUDIT SHEET
The audit sheet is used every year to evaluate the students final grades. This allows the counselor to see which courses the student needs to make-up (via Credit Recovery) or to retake the course.
Graduation Requirements:
4 English
4 Math
4 Science
3 Social Studies
1 Health/Personal Fitness
3 CTAE and/or Fine Arts and/or Foreign Language
4 Electives

5. Credit Recovery
50-69 in English, Math, Science, Social Studies- Student must make up the course through Credit Recovery
NCAA Eligible- The student is unable to take Credit Recovery, and they must retake the entire class.
0-49 in English, Math, Science, Social Studies- Student must repeat the course.

6. DUAL ENROLLMENT
Georgia's program that allows eligible high school students to earn college credit while working on their high school diploma. 
Eligibility
Be on track to graduate.
Meet lawful presence requirements.
Obtain approval from your high school counselor and parent or legal guardian.
Earn a grade of C or higher in Georgia State courses to remain eligible for the program (2.0 grade point average)
Must be go through the same application process as college students. STUDENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE COLLEGE BEFORE THEY CAN START.

7. AP COURSES Advanced Placement is a program
run by the College Board (the makers of the SAT)
that allows you to take courses at your high school, which can earn you college credit and/or qualify you for more advanced classes when you begin college.
They are designed to give you the experience of an intro-level college class while you’re still in high school. 
POTENTIAL to get college credit for the class if you pass the AP exam. (Varies by individual college)
