We limit period of employment to 9 months so the positions can be defined as “temporary”. Each 9 months, the employee must have 30 day break in service then can be rehired.

Dock her pay if she exhausts leave balances. Schedule a meeting to discuss the impact on students. The first step of Positive Discipline is coaching. Helping instructor to understand the impact of her actions can lead her to solve this problem on her own, without formal discipline.
