Last years workshop - priorities
No. Headline Supporting detail/comment 1 Regular (monthly) updates Relevant data sources to be updated (when having a material impact) and provide ability to cross reference data sources where appropriate. 2 Downloadable shape files Provide facility for customers to be able to download shape files (shp./kmz) for use on their own data systems 3 Circuit constraints Add colour coding to circuits to provide more info on location of constraints. 4 Provide a last updated flag on all accessible files 5 Fault info/history & planned outage info Consider providing information on circuit history/planned outages available on DGMT so as to allow customers to choose more optimal sites. 6 User configurable data Provide facility to allow customers to determine how data is made available/downloaded. 7 London map Provide a London heatmap for generation and associated demand indicator 8 Chatroom facility Provide facility for customers to be able have a live discussions with our staff 9 Specified layers switched on by default Change current format such that all layers are switched on and provide facility to switch-off layers that are not required. 10 Review look and feel Change background colour of pop-up boxes from black to white and change font from whiten to black. 11 Update to heat map To reflect opening of a new FDG zones 12 Access to all UKPN information (ability to self serve) Provide all the data we have access to and use when designing to allow customers to self serve. 13 Show U/G cables and other assets Add underground cables to DGMT

External database file with coordinates Provide coordinates of all relevant locations Signposting of links on website and DGMT Make links to all other relevant info more easily identifiable from website/DGMT Plot quotes and accepted projects on DGMT Quick application filter (by dropping a pin) Provide the ability to save User generated points and comments in the map application. UKPN contact for projects listed Provide UKPN staff contact details on CCR Tiered access to information Recognise that some customers are more technical than others and provide a number of levels of information beginner/practitioner/experienced. 3 days per layer. Assumed 10 layers Reference to map in quote Make reference in quotation/connection offer to project location on map (screenshot) - reason for price Ability to save customer info on maps

Changes to the DG Mapping tool have occurred over two phases: - Phase 1 – delivered on 04/09/2017 Downloadable shape/kmz files Update to heat map (FDG data) Provide a last updated flag on all accessible files Update to heat map (LPN data) Contact Us page Specified layers switched on by default Review of look and feel
