3. OVERVIEW OF RETREAT Spend 30 minutes going deeper with the shifts
Time in grade level groups to identify what we would look like in 5 years if we achieve our vision
Then, brainstorm a plan for what we will do in year 1
Then-
Leadership Team will take this plan and formalize with dates, resources etc. and report back before the end of the school year
