Do One of the Following (Same Result): Pull up a Sales Order Click on Tools > Layout Manager Highlight the Report to adjust and click “Manage Layout” OR Go to Report and Layout Manager (Administration > Setup > General > Report and Layout Manager) Then pull up the report above mimicking the same path inside of the Report and Layout Manager Sales – A/R > Sales Order > Order (Items) Once highlighted, click “Edit” to pull up Crystal Reports
