5. Rank Ordered Table
Scores (data) are listed in order and then assigned a ranking.
Two or more equal scores are each given the same rank average.

6. Rank Ordered Table II The raw score 82 occurs three times.
If it had been three different scores, the scores would have received rankings of 8, 9 and 10
Since there are three of them, however, they each receive the average of the three scores.

7. Percentile Rank
Percentage of scores falling at or below a specific score
For a score of 98, 20 of 20 people scored at or lower
20/20 = 1.0 or 100%
For a score of 70, 5 of 20 people scored at or lower
5/20 = .25 or 25%
Please note that the same scores receive the same percentile rank
