Drumbar, to be run by esteemed The Underground mixologist and operator Benjamin Newby, occupies the 18th floor of the hotel and features both a decadent interior lounge area and a 1,500-square-foot rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy their cocktail menu and small plates from Chef Mauro Mafrici's Pelago while also enjoying a killer view.
