Tenuta La Costa is a large estate with 6 hectare vineyard in a panoramic location among the Oltrepò Pavese’s lush hills and exquisite vineyard. Comprised of the main farmhouse, several buildings, two adjacent dwellings which require renovation, and three agricultural annexes used as storehouses, cellars, tool sheds etc. The main farmhouse has been recently renovated and has a total of 450 m2 of surface area spread over three floors. The ground floor is comprised of spacious kitchen, dining room, basement room with fireplace and acres to the porch where there is a wood-burning oven and barbecue, pantry, laundry room and garage.

The first floor has large sitting room with fireplace, two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and another bathroom. The apartment on the first floor is divided into a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is currently used as the caretakers’ house. Outside Tenuta La Costa has 23 hectares of land including a 6 hectare vineyard and the remaining fertile land. Surrounding the buildings there is a garden of around 5,000 m2 with flowerbeds and ancient trees with a panoramic, heated infinity pool Within the property there are two buildings attached to the main farmhouse and the outbuilding, for living purposes, which require renovation.

Location The property is situated in a special corner of Lombardy, just an hour’s drive from Milan (64 km), yet surrounded by a series of cultivated hills, with little medieval citadels that have been there for centuries, in an area rich in culture. Montalto Pavese is just 3.5 km away where you will find all services necessary for daily requirements. Pavia is 28 km and Piacenza 54km whilst Alessandria is 61 km and the nearest airport at Milan Linate 65 km.
