3. 1) Select sport or sports you intend to officiate. 2) Select Next

4. 1) You then should see a welcome screen. 2) select the tab next

5. 1) Confirm or enter your personal information. 2) Select Next

6. Confirm or add a photo of yourself.

7. 1) Select Chapter affiliations 2) You should only choose chapters that you are a dues paying member.
