Redesign the Package
Re-design the FLS package with latest incidents, nearmiss, safe and unsafe behaviour caught in CCTV as sample. Focusing on 4 HSE Themes (Dropped objects, Line of Fire, Wells Process Safety, Lifting)

Setting Up for Success
Develop realistic KPI target focusing on the right supervisory level- e.g. TP, NTP, DS, OM, HSE, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician.
