The poor quality and quantity of online student assessments (Student End of Course Survey Results or SEOCS)
Research Question
Can online student assessments be reliable, accurate and valid indicators of instructor performance and quality of their class instruction? (What are the online student outcomes vs. instructor performance?)

3. SEOCS…. continued My own, recent experience 2015-16 recapped:
12 online classes PHL/320; class average grade of 80%
203 students earning grade; 53 or 28.6% responded to SEOCS)
18 students or less than 10% provided any comments
Very unsatisfactory level of feedback

4. SEOCS ….. continued Literature research underway - findings
Area has been studied extensively over the years.
Concentrating on more recent and online environment
