Greenpeace as a potential partner
This paper argues that Greenpeace is slowly learning from its past mishandling of relationship opportunities with indigenous peoples in the North. Key: Indigenous peoples are becoming more politically and legally empowered in Canada and, while some are open to potential partnerships with Greenpeace, Greenpeace’s legitimacy in these partnership comes as a supporting player.
