(A) We performed RT-PCR analysis to measure RNA expression of the PPARδ target genes Angptl4 and UCP2 in the cortex of 18-week-old nontransgenic control mice, vehicle-treated HD mice, and bexarotene-treated HD mice. **P < 0.01, ANOVA with post-hoc Tukey test. n = 9 to 12 mice per group. (B) We performed RT-PCR analysis of RNA expression of Angptl4 and UCP2 in the striatum of 18-week-old nontransgenic control mice, vehicle-treated HD mice, and bexarotene-treated HD mice. **P < 0.01, ANOVA with post-hoc Tukey test. n = 9 to 12 mice per group.
