2 Sales 2017/18 Market Development Technical Achievements

3 Sales 2017/18 Although there has been a small drop in year on year unit Sales when compared to 2016/17. A 5% price increase (ave) and better distributor terms have helped realise a significant improvement in per unit margin. Total H2 17 £100,461 H1 18 £71,914 H2 18 £92,762

4 Home Market UK Sales have mainly been driven by knowledge spread within the Water Industry. Although frustratingly these are still small trials rather than full scale roll out, the feedback received is positive. After Sales, Training & Servicing are all growing indicating client loyalty remains buoyant.

5 EU Market Repeat orders from SPAIN, AUSTRIA & ITALY still being received on a regular basis including increasing numbers of Hi-Spec variants which carry a higher mark-up

6 Our new Japanese distributor continues to grow their marketing efforts throughout the region and predict strong growth for Interest from India, Middle East & South America is slowly gaining traction ROW Market Buoyant

7 Technical Achievements
Component changes and improved board designs have realised a 5.4% year on year reduction in unit costs and helped streamline servicing times. Work continues on developing an online Pay per service portal for Distributors & Resellers
