Incorporate MSU validated central control ID numbers
For all other assets, enter asset data based on approved shop drawings
Fill out Refrigerant forms
Inform construction team central control ID numbers have been validated

Validate central control ID numbers

Inform Central Control ID numbers are available from contractor
Prior to submittal of central control shop drawings, enter central control ID numbers
Add project information in header
Introduce FADE at construction kick-off meeting
Ensure construction team understands how to enter asset data
Notify IPF Accountant project data is available (attach Energy Impact Statement)
