The Image-Based Grasp Synthesis Using Genetic Algorithm Ze Yu and Jason Gu Robotics and Control Research Group, Dalhousie University Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada A grasp synthesis algorithm was proposed using the Genetic Algorithm. The searching efficiency of GA was taken advantage of for handling vast search space.
