Tracking Status Monitor include visitor visa, rental car, telecom plan (cell phone/ network/ cable), apartment lease, support team and any other type which users want to track.
Users can type in the detail information and note and set up the reminder day before the expiration date, then the system will automatically send an expire notification to the user.
For example, we have a mobile plan will end in 10/01/2010. We can set up the reminder =15. It means the system will send the reminder 15 days before the end of contract.
Users can setup up to two reminders to get the expire notification.
Reduce the paper work and man power to check the various status.

User permission control: the system will identify the user’s department and release the limited functions.
For example: Facility dept cannot use the function of Visitor Visa because this is only for HR dept.
Review the tracking records and have filter/search function: the user can easily find or filter the records by the setting condition. It also includes Edit and Delete function to correct data for user requirement.

Enhanced function for support team(under developing)
Support team will be able to pick available apartment when they finalize their business trip request.

The web interface have two parts: one is Function Toolbar, another is Control Panel.
Function Toolbar
Home: back to home page / root.
Search: search by different categories: Visa, Telecom, Apartment, Rental Car, Others
Control Panel
Depend on the chosen function from Function Toolbar and show the different interface.

The system restrict the user permission for the functions. For example, facility dept cannot use HR dept Traveler Visa function even search.
