3. Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)
Parents receive a voucher from the state to enroll their children in private schools.
Based on Income and Residency
NDA has been a part of the WPCP since 2013

Step 2: Apply to the WPCP
A parent or guardian must complete an online application that will be available during the open enrollment period from February 1-April 20, 2019

8. Application Process Make an appointment for help with the application
Step 3: Proof of Residency and Income Requirements
After completing the WPCP online application, the parent or guardian must provide proof they meet residency and income requirements to NDA no later than April 20, 2019
Step 4: Application is verified by WPCP Administrator

9. Application Process You will need to complete your 2018 Tax Return
Step 5: Apply to NDA’s Tuition Grant Program
Paper application
MUST attach a copy of 2018 Tax Return or application cannot be processed
You will need to complete your 2018 Tax Return

10. Application Process
DPI will conduct random lottery in late May 2019
If your student is chosen, you will be notified by the DPI via the that you used to apply to the program.
You will be given 5-7 days to contact the WPCP Administrator at NDA to accept the voucher.
If your student is not chosen, you then become eligible for NDA’s Tuition Grant Program.
Again, you will need to complete your 2018 Tax Return

11. Due Dates: Non-negotiable
Applications to BOTH the WPCP and to NDA’s Tuition Grant Program are due April 20, 2019
Again, you will need to complete your 2018 Tax Return and provide a copy to NDA

Tuition Tax Deduction available in Wisconsin
Scrip Programs
Many parishes/schools participate in scrip programs. The earnings that you generate can be designated to go towards your student’s NDA tuition.
Currently, more than 50 NDA families are taking advantage of this.
