‘positive’ emotions can be encouraged in a series of ways – relationships, humour, touch, music, physical exercise, nature, food, ‘reframing’, goal selection, appreciation calming skills (meditation, imagery, etc) can be powerful inducers of contentment, savouring, peacefulness paying attention to and acting from spontaneous intuitions, impulses, kindness, appreciations & humour that bubble up from positive emotional states often promotes wellbeing even further
