On any standard policy you shall be paid commission as per the following rates. Every time a Policy Holder pays his instalment premium , the Agent receives his commission Up to 25% of 1st year 40% Bonus Commission on the 1st year commission Up to 7.5% of 2nd & 3rd year premium.
