3. Objectives
Collect and identify current and future requirements from EMSA and EUSC including needs in terms of
Sensors, missions and data provision
Missions include ESA, TPM, or commercial
Address technology, architecture and G/S interfaces needed to streamline
planning, ordering and online data access to ESA and TPM
for two identified institutions: i.e. EMSA and EUSC
Exploit results of HMA standardisation activities
Identify technology gaps and support evolution of technology and standards, e.g. by contributing specifications, implementations or participation to SWG and OGC Testbeds

4. Objectives Implement prototype that
Supports EUSC and EMSA business scenarios
Demonstrates dynamic data transfer of EO data from PDGS to institutions decision support systems
Defines technical interfaces between components
Proposes interface to be exposed by the Sentinel 1 and 2 mission planning components to ensure future compatibility and “pluggability”
Ensures data integrity and traceability of quality and accuracy metadata throughout data transfer process
Takes into account available infrastructure and its future evolution including
Sentinel PDGS-related projects

PDGS Evolution Framecontract
Includes candidate multi-mission PDGS services
