Objective To equip the student with a theoretical background and practical experience in Human-Computer Interaction, with specific emphasis on Usability Engineering. The module provides an in-depth knowledge and understanding of issues involved in the evaluation of user interfaces for interactive systems.

Ultimate Module Outcome
After successful completion of the module, the student should: have planned, conducted and analysed a usability study, making use of the usability laboratory and its equipment in the department.

Contact Sessions Mondays
18:10 – 19:00 (generally +- 1 hour) Not every week – dates will be provided WWG223 No spoon feeding – contact sessions to provide information, discuss difficult issues and discuss problems encountered / interesting observations, experiences or research by students. Contact sessions are interactive discussions arranged in such a way that preparation is essential!
