5 Cross Over Issues Dune restoration affecting indigenous vegetation
Appropriate for Chapter 3 rules to apply Areas of high Natural Character that are also Ecological Sites Unlikely to be a cross over issue but appropriate for Chapter 3 rules to apply Stream and river maintenance Where activity is permitted under Rule 9B.1.6 it would be appropriate for an exemption to apply from the Chapter 3 rules.
