Tasks: Write down the meanings of the following key words
Annotate your population pyramids using the key words Describe which one is an MEDC and which is an LEDC and say why! For each one suggest a problem the country may have e.g. too many old people Explain the problem and think of a solution! KEYWORDS: Life expectancy Sex ratio Economically active Dependant population Maybe: Infant mortality (how many children die) Youthful (a young population) Aging (a very old population)
