1 Question Breakdown What is your Question?
“To what extent does the government help address the issues surrounding poverty or do they create a generation more dependent on handouts?”

Identify and evaluate possible scenarios of how the government helps. What are the causes, effects and current situations? What could possible scenarios be? How likely/unlikely are these? How would they help? What action might my government, my family or I take in response to helping the poor? What possible solutions might address the changes/the scenarios? How might these courses of action changes/scenarios? Why might these scenarios not work? What is my response to the information I have used and the things I have found out? What have I learned? What might I do differently and how? How has what I have learned affected my personal perspective and why? aqz
