To develop & maintain the player’s love for the game, to help them reach their potential. To create technically excellent and innovative players, with exceptional decision making skills.
If counter attacking opportunities are denied, players who can keep the ball as an individual and as a team to help create opportunities to play forward.
Players who can help the team deny goal scoring opportunities and regain possession of the ball.
It is important that players relate situations that occur during training, to game situations and are able to try these out during games without fear of failure.
