Staff of the Management Unit are selected based on open, fair, transparent and competitive procedures
Appointed independent agents to manage procurement and financial functions

Financial transactions are carried out in accordance with best financial management practices

Except for small payments, disbursements are deposited into the bank account of a service provider
Semi-annual Audits in accordance with the U.S. Government Auditing Standards
