Children of reservists not on active duty EXAMPLE: TDG (T32 not on T10) wants their child to attend a different school district or be placed in a grade for which they have not met the eligibility requirements

Children of active duty service members
Children of reservists (T32) on active duty (T32) – how do we reach out and educate families of reservists/guardsmen, and how do we educate school districts who don’t service active duty servicemen, and don’t know how many children of reservists they have?
What should the compact be
Expanded role? Is the compact designed to be a catch all? Should it be? What does it not do that it could while still keeping to its current scope? What does it not provide for that other laws do?
