Brick veneer base with granite water table inspired by adjacent historic brownstones Nearby bay windows called for aluminum and glass curtain wall set off by brick piers mounted in a series of bay windows. ARC Architects Primary Project Team Building Uses Mechanical Systems The Jaharis Center is a 180,000 square foot multi-use facility. Floors 1–3 are predominantly for classroom and office use, while floors 4 – 9 are laboratory space. It Features a 202 person auditorium, and a café with prep areas.
