2. Article II – The Executive Branch

Executive powers are vested in the president 1)

anything over 60 days must have congressional

6. Article III – The Judicial Branch

All lower courts will be created by Congress 2)

The Supreme Court can hear cases involving the Constitution, US law, US officials, and between the states 1) 2)
***A majority of cases they hear involve appellate decisions
These cases just have the lawyers making the cases and do not involve a jury

Congress has the sole power to punish those who commit treason
