2. What it was
It was a terrorist bombing on July 27,1996 in Atlanta Georgia during the summer Olympics.
2 people died from it and 111 were injured
Eric Robert Rudolph was the perpetrator.

3. Richard Jewel
Richard Jewel was an alleged hero for his efforts to save people and evacuate them from the bombing.
The government didn’t quite agree and thought that he was a part of the bombing.
After a big investigation and the searching of his home they later exonerated him as a hero again.

4. Eric Robert Rudolph
After letting Richard Jewel go the FBI had no other suspects.
In the next year more like bombings took place with the same type of bomb and Eric Robert Rudolph was a suspect.
He later ran away and was known as one of the FBI’s most wanted with a million dollar reward to catch him.
He was finally arrested on May 31, 2003
