2 Incomplete Dominance Occurs when neither allele is completely dominant or completely recessive Results in a blending of the two alleles. Example: Red flower x white flower = pink flower

3 Codominance Occurs when both dominant and recessive traits are expressed equally Blood type is an example

4 Polygenic Traits Traits that are produced with two or more genes
Eye color and skin color are examples (notice how many different eye colors or skin color variations there are)

5 Sex-linked Genes Genes on the sex-chromosomes
Females are XX, males are XY Any recessive X’s get passed down more easily in males For example, males are more prone to red-green colorblindness
