Began service by holding up a Bible and having everyone in attendance recite a sort of ‘pledge’ to the Bible.
Made many references to Bible passages, sometimes quoting Scripture BUT not once did he pick up the Bible after the ‘pledge’ or have people go to the Scripture to see something for themselves!

‘I worked for Harold Camping at Family Radio from in various capacities including as an instructor in their school of the bible and as a radio host.  I resigned in 2002 after Harold Camping introduced an intolerable heresy in his on air teaching called "the depart out teaching" based on his belief that the church age ended.  To summarize he taught that churches are no longer viable, and their authority no longer valid, Pastors and deacons should resign, the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper are cancelled, and all believer's should resign from their churches.’
