Purpose Institute Professional Development Programs provide a forum to learn about and explore key topics and issues related to the use, interpretation, and application of the Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation. Goal of the Program Professional Development Program helps certified professionals increase their knowledge and skill in using the iWAM with individuals, pairs, teams, and organizations. The Structure The program includes content knowledge and a global network of experienced professionals who share their knowledge and experience with each other.

11. Team Report – Level 2
Show extra data on the team report, such as the team average and group norms (standard deviation of a team), count the number of persons with the same score, etc.
Set the order of people in the team report (instead of by ID) or have the system rank the persons from high to low for each pattern
Replace the initials in the table by the person’s full name, when using the Table View (one row = one person) as team Presentation Type or make the report completely anonymous (replacing the initials with numbers).
Save team reports for future use (so that you don’t have to reconstruct the list of persons you had included and all the options you had set)
Show the team average and order the persons on the team graph
Show a second standard group on the team graph
