Reliable, Fair Communication in an Unguided Transmission Medium
Each person in your group opens their book and finds a paragraph to read (or closes their eyes and thinks of a story to tell). Each person may not look at anyone else. The group’s goal is to figure out a process by which everyone can talk to everyone else, but not dominate the time. I.e., one person cannot talk for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not everyone needs to talk – some will finish talking before others are done. That’s OK. Write down the rules that allow everyone in your group can communicate reliably. Your rules should handle all situations.
