For instance new tennis rackets are no longer made of wood but made of fibre glass, Kevlar and titanium, these are products of polymers. We use these products because they are light and strong! They are also easy to transfer and can be mass produced.

Yes they are because: Can be mass produced Make the game more of a challenge Increases skill level of players, this in turn can increase the amount of money made through the sport because more people would be watching.
