2. CDX To retrieve a Copy of Records (CORs): Login to your CDX account
Click on the Submission History tab

3. COR
To view COR, you must download file by clicking on the associated link highlighted in blue under the Download column
Make sure you are clicking on the correct COR by viewing the Description and date Created

4. COR
A pop-up window will appear on the bottom of your screen after clicking on the link
Click Open to view COR
or Save to keep a copy of the COR

5. Submission History
If you cannot find your COR, make sure to check all pages by clicking on Next

6. Download COR A pop-up window will appear after clicking on Open/Save
Click on Open to view COR

7. Download COR
Click on PDF to view COR
