CMP198 Proposer Ownership of CUSC Modification Proposals
Currently a CUSC Workgroup takes over ownership of any Mod referred to it
CAWG recommendation that the Proposer should retain ownership. Any other party or the Workgroup can raise an alternative proposal.
Also allows the Panel to agree to minor corrections to be made to the legal text (at the time of the recommendations vote). If corrections are major a further consultation on the revised text will be carried out.
