2. Choose Your Topic Choose a topic of interest.
Add brief statements about the topic.
Do not write complete paragraphs on your slides.

3. Make a Storyboard
Create an outline of what you would like to write on each slide to remain organized.

4. Select A Design
Click on the tabs above to choose the design of your presentation.

5. Create Your Slides
Add a title and information using bullets from your storyboard.

6. Edit Your Presentation
Read over and spell check your presentation before moving forward with making your presentation appear more appealing.

7. Add Transitions
Transitions make your presentation more interesting to your audience.
Transitions affect the way each slide appears when in presentation mode.

8. Add Animations
Animations make your presentation more interesting to your audience.
Animations affect the titles or images that you click or choose.

9. View Your Presentation
Click Presentation mode to see your final Power Point.
