OBJECTIVE:
This practical exercise tests your ability to use the correct procedures for computing and verifying a casual payment and an advance payment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
a. You are the OIC of the Customer Service section, 23rd Financial Management Support Unit, Ft. Stewart, GA The paying ADSN/DSSN is The Finance Officer is LTC W. C. Cory.
b. The pay inquiries in this exercise are for you to process. Use the available materials to determine entitlement to, and amount to be paid for local payment. You will need to complete a DD Form 117 for each Casual/Local Pay. You will also need to determine the monthly repayment amount on each Advance Pay.
c. You have 40 minutes to complete this exercise.
