How we co-create learning on/for SL developments?
Resources’ “transformation” process to: 1) CORE KNOWLEDGE ON SL: identify in a concise shared document the core new learning and perspective of the EPNoSL project 2) WHAT IS POLICY: map policy as a phenomenon: what policy is and how we conceptualize it (policy as legislation, regulations – policy as discourse) 3) POLICY MATERIALS: formulate an EPNoSL strategy to inform and influence policy THROUGH co-creative, active peer learning approach (includes on-line recourses) 4) MATERIALS FOR SL DEVELOPMENT: identify implications for leadership development. Design of resources / tools for those concerned with leadership development (whether based in government, regional agencies, schools or other locations) 5) TRIAL OF RESOURCES / TOOLS: using the materials with groups of policy makers and practitioners to obtain their views and insights into how the materials relate to their experience. In light of this, the materials and the strategy in which their use is situated can be reviewed and refined AND validated.
