Predicting daily direction for different kinds of securities based on information from the internet: social networks, news and more…
In the picture: a simple trading simulation with SPY, the S&P500 ETF, based on news headlines.
How it works: important words from last few days are extracted from news headlines. A prediction model is constructed using the words.
