Why be a SIG member? Only SIG members will receive the voting ballots and will be allowed to vote and prioritize requested enhancements. Only one vote per site, per SIG, is allowed.

Process Summary SIG Cycle Dates
The SIG cycle dates were shifted to an earlier cycle in order to conclude the cycle prior to the 2018 conference The SCC SIG advisor consolidates the requests, estimates hours and level of difficulty for each and provides ballots to the moderators; includes all enhancements from the previous year that didn’t make the final cut SNUG SIG Moderators send out the ballots to the SIG members for preliminary voting, collate the responses and return them to SCC for review SNUG SIG Moderators send out the ballots again for final voting, collate and return the responses to SCC for review Only SIG members can vote; one vote, per SIG, per site SNUG board can reallocate unused hours to SIGs
