1 Data from statistical modeling (e. g
Data from statistical modeling (e.g. regression outputs) and general issues What are the rules applied in other NSIs? Who is applying Eurostat guidelines for output checking? How can we reduce the number of outputs to check? General French answer for this data: if the statistic is based on a reasonable (what is "reasonable"?) number of observations, OK for publication. It is hard to harmonize checking for this data. ESTP course on output checking: some French (general) questions March 2014

2 Tabular data outputs What are the rules applied in other NSIs?
How should primary suppression be checked (need to have a look at underlying microdata?)? How to deal with multiple underlying files with different rules of dissemination? How should we check secondary suppression? How to deal with linked tables? How to take in consideration multiple outputs from a same research project? General French answer for this data: the researcher must deal with primary and secondary suppression, the output checker checks "manually" that everything is OK (e.g. at least two cells are suppressed in a row/column). No use of a specific tool like Tau-Argus for now. Protection against exact disclosure only is provided. ESTP course on output checking: some French (general) questions March 2014
