All what you should know if you want be healthy.

Food is very important. We should consume only valuable food. The best idea is to eat five meals a day, every three hours, the last one at about 7 p.m.

Forget: An apple a day keeps a doctor away! Fruit and vegetalbes have got lots of vitamins, minerals and fibre. You should eat about three fruit and four vegetables a day.

Milk, yogurt, cheese, egg... Theyre dairy products. They comprise proteins. You should eat two meals with dairy products.

All of your meals should convist of corn products, because its basic of your daily food. Corn products are: flour, bread, macaroni and cereal.

Meat is important, too. But you must forget, it comprise a lot of grease. You should eat only one meal with meat a day.

Sport in you life is very important. If you want be healthful, slim and powerful, you must make sport. Go walk, play ball, swim, ride a bike or horse every day.Its a basic of healthy lifestyle!

Avoid alcohol, cigarrettes and azess!!!
