Read and guess The sport of lifting specially shaped pieces of metal that weigh an exact amount. Sport such as running and jumping. The sport of fighting while wearing big leather gloves. Read the text and say what the words in bold mean. Sport makes people healthy, keep them fit, more organized and better disciplined. Many people go in for skiing, skating, table tennis, swimming, volleyball, football, body- building, basketball, weightlifting, tennis, track-and-field, boxing, judo, shooting, hockey, figure-skating, cross-country skiing, etc. All necessary facilities are provided for them: stadiums, sport grounds, swimming pools, skating rinks, skiing stations, football fields. Sport is paid much attention to in our educational establishments.
